We have recently gone for Scenic New Zealand for 11days group tour conducted by Thomas Cook. Tour booked via Thomas Cook, Bhandarkar road office Pune. Sales team answered all our queries with patience and handled visa and travel documentation efficiently. Our tour manager Ms Karen George managed group very well. She ensured that group members are well attended and adhering to timelines. She adjusted tour in such a way so that people who are interested in covering additional adventure activities gets sufficient time. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was good and no complaints. My family enjoyed tour very much. Only suggestion is Thomas Cook can add some other sight seeing in place of Hobbiton Movie Sets tour in North Island.
