Not my first trip to abroad but definitely first experience with Thomas Cook as our tour operator. The itenary prepared by the operator was really good(depends what category one might select).
There were some trouble during pre-tour experience but anyhow that ended well and on a good note.
The super budget scheme was a good scheme. Hotels chosen by them were really good, location and everything. Inspite of UEFA being conducted there, they did not charge anything extra for the stays which projects goodwill of the company.
A tour needs a good tour manager who has a good knowledge about the area, is patient with his customers and a good human being. Our tour manager Ravi Potdar had all these qualities. Added quality was he took good care starting from kid to an old member of our group. Handling a group of 45 people is a tedious job but he managed that well. He did his job with an excellence.
