I WROTE TO MR MADHAV MENON CMD AND SERVICE DEPT TOO .
They believe in eating hard earned money of customers .
I have booked package not group tour secondly the date of departures was prescheduled to 30 May instead of that they handed over tickets of 29 May EX DELHI .
So how one can shift program just one day before including leaves and other arrangements suddenly .
When I reported the call centre before journey they Simply denied their mistakes on name or international flights .
Their executives on mail asked me details of all booking rather looking into the system Which he himself used to provide me the tickets .
I have never booked group tour and well informed that about my status of not availing return flight and hotels as I missed my flight due to their negligence .
Instead of resolving issue and refunding my money they denied for any refund .
I want to make to aware that they have service only till you make payment after they u would yourself manage all call and pursue them in case of any need .the best example is they have only call timings till 11 pm and accepting bookings for 24 hrs hospitality.
So friends better to trust local well known tour operators rather trusting them they just eat money nothing else .
