Feed back on Thomas Cook Package to SE Asia. Review on Thomas Cook India

Booked a group package for Pattaya-Bangkok-Kualampur-Singapore. About 2 months before they converted it into SCI package which means we will be joining other group at times. I had agreed for the package as per the offers in the package. Following were our experience.

1. The charges were paid as per group tour. It was converted to SCI package. The package was subcontracted to the third party. The third party provided horrible service. As a senior citizens we felt harassed during the tour;

   
   




2. The onward flight of Thai airways was 12 hrs delayed. Based on the information they arranged reception at Bangkok. We were taken to Pattaya and next day taken for the remaining part of the tour. No support/guidance was available at Coral Islands;

   
   




3. When we reached Singapore in the night, no transport was provided. We were left stranded on the road. The local agent informed that it is not part of the package in spite of written commitment by Thomas Cook. Finally we had to hire a cab. The amount was not even REIMBURSED in spite of assurance.

   
   




4. Most of the time vehicle reported late 40 min to one hour;

   
   




5. In group package, initially all dinners were part of the package and we paid accordingly. While converting group package to SCI package they assured that they will return~300$. The amount was not returned.

   
   




6. Very blunt and rude defense of every incident was provided based on our formal feed back.

   
   




7. I will never recommend any one for taking Thomas Cook package.
