Hi,
I traveled with Thomas Cook on their group tour - Europe for All(Departure on 10th Aug from Mumbai). I would like to thank Thomas Cook for organizing such a wonderful Europe tour at an attractive rate. I have availed services of Thomas Cook for professional purposes as Thomas Cook had been the travel partner for the organizations I have worked with so far. This was the first time that I connected with Thomas Cook for my personal trip and I must say that I am very happy for having chosen Thomas Cook. Right from interacting with sales staff to confirm the booking to completing the tour the experience has been great and hassle free.
Talking specifically about the tour, I must acknowledge the great deal of effort put forth by the Tour Leader Mr Naresh Gadhiya and it is largely due to his organized and disciplined approach that my experience has been fun and enjoyable. Mr Gadhiya ensured that all the members of the group and guided very well and took care of each and every member. As a part of the trip, we were to cover - France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. However, in addition to these 4 countries, we got a chance to visit 2 more countries i.e. Austria and Lichtenstein. This was something unexpected and we really enjoyed it.
Furthermore, Mr Gadhiya along with our coach driver Mr Roy had been excellent in providing their services to us. His suggestions and advice as to what to do and what not to do have been very helpful. I would like to thank him and Mr Roy for their valuable services.
I look forward to undertaking more such trips/holidays with Thomas Cook(either in India or abroad)
