Had a terrible experience with the Thomas Cook pre departure interaction for our Scenic New Zealand trip from 12DEC to 22 Dec.


However once we landed in Auckland for the start of the trip, Rohit Dalvi, our tour manager for the trip made it one great experience. Unflappable under pressure, he handled the trip excellently. Hat's off to him!
