I paid by cheque for an article on 26th January 2009 by a cheque of SBI and the amount was debitted in my account. Even after sending copy of the debit details They are yet to send me the product. I sent a mail let the amount be a cotribution to Times Shopping, this was on a thik skin. Further they are not ashamed to get a mail from a Senior citizen of my Rank
On the same day I placed an order with Rediff shopping in the same manner. I am so much pleased with Rediff that I cotinue to order with them for all Gift artcles I feel TOI is short of funds and collect like this.I am 68 years olr and there is no need for me to accuse with out any substance I am not able to asses the product since the product is yet to be seen since I ordered on 26th Jan 2009.
