I had booked by paying 150 INR, a 1 yr. subscription for Bangalore Mirror newpaper, and was suppose to get from 20th April ’09 onwards, till today no body has turned up, when I called to customer care No. I was told that dome body will call u,but again same turtle response. Is it the service provided by THE GREAT TIMES GROUP??? Atleast a laundry man’s service is better than this service.Whenever I call, nobody is ready to talk on this issue from their customer care department, and every time I ’m told that my executive will call u. or else u can call so and so numbers. Now I would like to tell all my friends that never trust TIMES GROUP. they are least bother to deliver the service. they just want to make money, now I’ve been trapped. now I have no idea where to and whom to ask for my money which I paid for subscription.
