Hi,
   I have taken a yearly subscription of Times of India Newspaper in Chennai as I was having a good impression over TOI. But I found that they dont care about their customers at all after u pay them all the money. The chennai edition started in April 14th but I did not receive the paper on that day. After calling so many times to the customer care somehow i got the paper after 7-8 days..
After one month i changed my room to some other place. Then  i send a mail to the customer care to update my address in their system and deliver the paper in my new address. Although the address got updated(i dont know when) in their system but i didnt get any confirmation from them neither i got the paper.
I called up more than 50 times to the customer care and the agent responsible for distributing TOI paper in that area but everytime i got the same answer as i will get the paper from tomorrow. That tomorrow never came so far....its already 2 months and still nothing has happened. Even i have got a complain no. for my problem but the complain was also closed without asking me whether i have received the paper or not. I dont know why they are creating complain nos.
So the bottom line is although TOI is a good paper but the customer care really Sucks......They are A** holes.....
