********   SPOILER WARNING **********

Everydaywe get to read of bad things in newspapers. People murdering , robbing, raping others. Sometimes it gets me to wonder. .. have peopleforgotten
that theres a God watching over all of us.
Has humanitytaken it for granted that nothings gonna happen even if they dowrong... that if they can fool the cops .. they can sleep soundly atnight.

When I watched the movie , it grasped me likeany other murder mystery   but as i gradually went ahead with the movie ,the spiritual side lit <BR>

up. Although I am a decent God fearing man , but I cannot call myselfvery religious ... and definitely not a believer in religious leade
The Da Vinci Code

rs.  We tend to forget that God is watching us right now ....the sameinstinct which led to the fall of Adam and Eve from Heaven according tothe Bible ....they forgot that God would know what they were doing .

Thisbook gave me goosebumps as I read it and it made me question theverybasic human instinct   that tends to prevail in all of us ....Issomeone from HIS side present here on earth , someone I may or maynothave met but some who needs to be paid a lot of respect , after all He/She is from the gods side.

As the story begins a murderinside the Louvre and clues in Da Vinci paintings lead to thediscoveryof a religious mystery protected by a secret society for twothousandyears -- which could shake the foundations of Christianity. The veryfact that a secret organisation called the Priory of Sion who had beenguarding a secret for   thousands of years, a secreat which couldchange the way christanity exists today if it gets out in the open.

Itfigures a mention of the Holy Grail. Unlike the popular belief , thebook mentions that the Holy Grail was not a Cup Jesus drank from ,rather it was a complex theory. In ancient times the male symbol wasrepresented as " ^ " and the female as " V " ... this shape was that of a womb.

Aclose look at   " The Last Supper" would reveal that the person sittingright next to Lord Jesus on the left hand side is not a man, she doesnthave a beard and a moustache , has a hint of bossom and a closer lookat it would reveal that she might be pregnant as well. But yes , nodenying the fact that in a painting that old, one could end up seeing  what one wants to. Who is she ... why was it covered up all these years.... would be the questions that would haunt our minds at this point oftime !

She was Mary Madeline. The supposed wife of JesusChrist who was supposedly bearing his child at that time.   The wifewho was made to go away in a hush hush as Jesus was being crusified.

This womb ..the womb of Mary Madeline was the Holy Grail. It comtained the "holy blood" ... the blood line of Jesus Christ.

Thefact which could easily lead to her murder and that of her child if theRomans found out and also if the Christians did at a later stage. TheChurch at that time was pretty rigid and would do anything to keep it asecret including killing anyone from the Christ’s bloodline todestroying Mary Madeline’s tomb. It also lead to secreat missions somefanatic Christians were sent on to narrow down and slay all the Prioryof Sion members who could , in future be a threat to Christianity ifthe secreat were to be let out.

A list containing all the members of the Sion till
a particular time includes famous names such as   Sir Isac Newton , Victor Hugo and Leonardo Da Vinci himself.

Tom Hanks plays Dr. Robert Langdon and he portrays him so well that one could easily feel that the role was meant for him ..and him only.

Goingon with the movie will involve a series of betrayals and murders on thename of religion an eventually will end with the holy grail and theright person in the blood line.

It is an absolute entertainer ..... still remains a theory based on some facts though !

A must watch for the people who are interested in either history or Christianity gossip or both !

Check out the details in the last supper itself .

In the picture , check out the ’lady’ towards the left of Lord Jesus ... the very controversial Mary Madeline.
