here is my opinion about the movie...first of all, take is as a FICTION the only way to enjoy it !!! and also keep the novel out of your mind while watching it.

one of the main reason for watching this movie was that it Tom Hanks was coming after a reasonable duration, and then it was based on the best selling novel of the year... and another reason was that i havent watched a quality movie, which satisfies me, this year.

Plot: kind of complex to explain and i was not going to reveal it either...
critics are really bashing the movie and i just realized it...may be they r offended by it ?!? but i have to agree with the New York Times reviews...it perfectly matched mine.
Performances: well the guy which draws me toward the movie was good...i cant say it was his best but it was just good. tom hanks was okay-good...
movie is really strong and u can get chills on sum scenes while watching it...basically i luved it, i was scared at first but now i m satisfied
my final ratings: 4/5...highly recommended to the people like me
