Good news for all those cheated by country club. We 3 friends , all have won the case in consumer court and also have got our money back.
I also had taken their membership and was fooled by their promises. But finally i went to the consumer court.The whole process took 2 month(abt 4 visits) .  Believe u me people , the process is very simple. The judges and the staff all are very helpfull. Take my advice and file the case , I did it in bangalore. Also lotsa of people have got their money back in out of court settelement. But the best part is  that i got my money back with interst and Rs5000/- as fine.
  The judge ordered them to pay the fine in my case. In my friends case before the final hearing they did an out of court settlement.
