They are a group of cheaters.


I am one more person cheated by Country club. Mr Reddy has big reach with politicians uses them to cheat people by promising sites & gettting people to pay 1- 2 lakhs, then dissappear with the promises.

I
invite all people to come forward & take him to consumer court & get justice.

Please come together & fight together & end Mr Reddy’s cheating plans.

Let us prevent more people from being cheated.Now he is promising global tours & sites & getting to cheat in a big way.

Help prevent cheating , please unify your efforts to fight against cheaters

PROCEDURE FOR FILING COMPLAINT
 
Send your complaint addressed to us (by post / courier) duly signed stating date wise facts in the following format:
(Please note that we do not accept complaints by e-mail, so please send by courier / post only)
 
Page one: Mention your name and address, Residence telephone, E-mail address (very important as without it you will not receive the copy of notice).
 
Page two: Mention the full name and registered address of the Opposite Parties, telephone nos, fax nos. mention the full name and address of the branch with which you dealt and received defective product and services.
 
Page three onwards: Write your complaint with date wise facts, refer to the page numbers of the attached documents where ever required (like bill, agreement, service report, etc).  RELIEF: Mention what relief you are looking for against your complaint.
 
Enclose: Only the Xerox copies of supporting documents. Don’t send originals. Don’t send documents by e-mail attachments.
 
Enclose: Your one year membership subscription of Rs. 250 by draft in favour of "ICRPC" payable at "Mumbai". Local Mumbai & At Par cheques also be acceptable if drawn on Mumbai account. Write your name behind the cheque. Do not staple or pin the cheque with other papers. (Despite our strict instructions we find many people sending us stapled cheques and without their names behind the cheque. Later these people waste our time in locating their torn and unidentified cheques lying with us.)
 
Online payment: through internet banking is also available, send a request e-mail for online payment procedure to payment@consumergrievance.com.

PROCEDURE AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR DOCUMENTS:
 
1) After the receipt of your documents and membership subscription, we will issue a legal notice (normally within 20 days after receipt of your documents) to the accused giving him a time limit of 7 to 15 days for settling your grievance. Please do not keep calling us for checking whether we have received your documents or the notice has been issued. If you do not hear from us or don’t receive a notice copy within 20 days after you sent documents to us, write a reminder e-mail to us informing the date when you sent documents and your cheque no./ online payment transaction number with details of the Opposite Party. We will inform you the status. We do not inform the status on telephone, so do not call us.
 
2) If your grievance is not settled after sending notice, we shall further help you to file a consumer case in the consumer court. The case is to be filed in the city where the opposite party (OP) has an office or representative. Please inform us by e-mail after expiry of time period given to OP by notice to settle the matter. We will then send you further procedure for filing case papers in court where you can ask for refund, settlement of issue, compensation and legal costs. Please note that we charge a nominal fee for preparation of case papers depending on the complexity of the case. We cannot tell these charges till we read your papers. We do not attend the hearings in the court on your behalf, but we will make all papers for you and guide you to attend the court hearings on your own.
 
3) You will not require a lawyer as we will guide you till you receive the order in your consumer case. Remember that you can explain your case better than any lawyer.
 
4) We operate through the internet, e-mail, and cater to large consumers across the world. So, it does not matter where you are located. As long as you are connected to the internet, you can receive services from us in your home.
 
 
OTHER INFORMATION:
 
For members, first legal notice is sent free, subsequent notices are sent against a processing fee of Rs. 200 per notice.
 
Consumer courts take about 1 to 2 years (or even more at times) to settle the case. The consumer is expected to attend the court hearings at least 5 times in a year.
 
You can file your case in the consumer court in any city in India where the Opposite Party has office, agent, or branch.
 
We shall do our best to help you settle your grievance. In case you have any query, please feel free to contact us again by e-mail.
