Very poor service. Most anti-customer behaviour and they never return your calls.
At
time of booking they promised free holiday for couple 2N-3D. Their executive Mr. Sufi and manager Mr. Ganesh Reddy at Mumbai also promised free lodging & boarding for my son. They said that you just pay the air-fare.
I requested for the holiday in Jan 08 to visit Goa in end March 08. After umpteen no. of calls, I got the aritickets and vouchers just two days before the trip. They took my sons ticket money immediately, but promised to refund the cost that I incur on his extra bed and food after my return. They promised pickup at Dabolim airport but when we reached no one came to receive us. When I phoned Sufi at Mumbai - thank God he took the call that day - he said please go in a cab and we will refund to you
On return I sent them my claim in first week of April. Still no refund received despite so many calls made by me. Sufi sometimes answers my call but Ganesh Reddy thinks it below his dignity to respond.
I am really very worried whether we will ultimately get the plot at Kolad or it will be like the teak plantations. Am thinking of going to Consumer court. If others want to join hands lets get together and show them whats consumer power. My email id is directoraiqm@gmail.com
