i am an member of the club since many years, as the years are passing by its facilities are to its worst, customer care is good till you take the membership and afterwards it it to its worst.  I have experienced an worst customer care from them.  when i go with the problems they tell us to send a mail, after doing that there is no reply.  If you call the customer care ask for the enquiry, they will be giving phone numbers of some many people, if i call them one by one, they will tell that they will call back, and it is gone.  If you go to the club on saturday and sunday it is like hell.  they do not have limitied memberships, and the service for the food takes very loooong time to be served.  I had gone to the club in sarjapur road, where it took more than 30 min. for the food to be started after ordering in the afternoon.  If you ask me, never venture the same by taking the membership.  They have tooooo many hidden conditions.
