I am from Nagpur. As with everybody, the CCI executive approached us and promised us 30 yrs free holidays, life membership, accident insurance, 2 vacations, one plot at Kolad near Pune measuring 2000 sq.ft. All this for 2.50lac sounded good, but the way the exec was upping the offer and insisting that we sign the same day made me suspicious. The exec was also not clear how the property would be transferred in my name if we werent required to go to the place to register the document. I checked the RCI site and there too the reviews for CCi werent good. I checked with Mouthshut and didnt find even a single credible favourable review. The few good reviews may well be posted by CCI execs themselves. I have therefore declined the offer. I advise everybody to be very careful before signing any document. And a big thanks to Mouthshut. You just saved me a lot of money.
