Have a lawyer to file a case in plain paper on your behalf. The court accepts cases filed in plain paper also. There is some fee you have to pay. Then the court will send a notice to the opposite party, and the opposite party has to respond within stipulated period.

In the complaint, you can explain in points all problems you are having with the organization, and just provide whatever documents you are having, there is no need to worry if you are not having all documents. Produce whatever documents you are having, and explain your problem.

I didn’t have court hearing as such, because before the court hearing, as soon as the court sent notice, the country club executive approached me - gave my cash back, so settled the case outside, but i’ve heard from good number of people about the consumer forum ruling the case in their favor.
