am also a member of country club and I have taken their super-cool membership and I have got site in their new project in phase-4 and my site is also register.
Actually executive told me my site will be register with in 15 days but it took 1&half months,only this problem i faced......but remaing everything is fine.
Before taking I have also seen the reviews, and my executive told me "sir we have 2 lakh members and there may be problem with 100-500 members and our share value is 900/-."
I checked up it was true and I took it.
In my opinion I may not get land appriciation now,,but it is a land register on my name....so after 1 year I will definately get some good amount and membership also will be there on my name...So no lose...
