Dear sir,
This is to put in your kind notice that I had purchases  the membership of  Country Club India
( http://www.countryclubindia.net ) in April 2006 vide membership number (COOLCG2419).

But as of now I am facing so many mis-commitments ,which I was promised by their marketing
executives ( Mr Santosh Dutta ) on behalf of  Country Club while purchasing the membership of this club.

Also I have a written satement of all these following commitments on the letter head of the Country Club.

Following are the problems which I am facing ..

1) While taking membership I was told that I will be given a plot in their Coconut Groove which  is hardly 45 kms
     away from Bangalore but now according to the information provided , the place is some 81-85 Kms far away
     from Bangalore.   Every time I will call them about my plot registration , they will promise me for the next 15 days
     but this has past almost 12  months but no result so far...

2) Also i was promised for  an insurance of Rs 600000/- (also mentioned on Country Club website) ,but I
   did not recieve any such document from Country Club. Also In regards the same I have called up
   on their  customer care number for approximately  more than 100  times as of now , out of  which they picked
   up the call only for 10 number of times and I was assured that I will get my policy documents within a day or two.But no news as of yet..


3)  I was promised for a 3days free stay in Goa starting for 26June 06 onwards.
     But then after when i had made the payment there was  no initmation from  country club .. .
      Also I called up Santosh and his manager for more than some  50 times but they either did  not pick the call or simply rejected  the call.


4)  I was promised that I can book a confernece hall in any of the country club centre without
     paying any thing. Also I was  very clearly told that its not mandatory for me to take snacks/food  
      for such booking.  but when i contacted one of their club in  Sarjapur,Bangalore , I was told altogether
       a different story. They told me that I need to take snacks/food there as compulsion and will be charged
      117/- per head for the same. Also I need to bring atleast 15  persons to avail this fascility. That means I
       need to pay 15*117 = 1755/- Rs for availing this conference hall fascilty.

5) Also I was very clearly told that the membership which  I have purchased (COOLCG) is life
    time free and there is no hidden charges applicable.But then when I had made the payment , I
    was told by my Mr Santosh Dutta that I am supposed to pay   some Rs 250/- PM (Rs 3000/- very year )
   against my plot security.   And also I was very clearly told that this amount should be paid
   only for comming 2 years(not at the very first year ). And   then after I am not suppose to pay this
   amount thorough out  the life time of the membership.  

6) When we contact the Site Allotment Division, they openly tell that "Your Executives have lied to
  you, so that you can become the member.  We cant do anything.You just contact your executive."  
   And the Executive never receives my call.  


I have so far paid   Rs 115000(Membership) + Rs 30000(plot Registration ) approximately to the country Club
but have not recieved any return on my money.. Also I have tried contacting the higher management of the country
Club so many times but of no use .. They too did not do any thing in the matter.,. You may please have a look
of below chain of mails , whern in they have not so far done any thing in the matter..

Whenever I tried talking to Mr Santosh Dutta (and his Manager Mr Ranjit Pathak) about the same, They initially befooled me for a month and two and then they started ignoring and cutting my calls . And also one day when I had called  Mr. Santosh dutta from  different number , He misbehaved with  me a lot. Also he used the  abusive language .


Dear Sir, due to this unnecessary trouble i am completely disturbed,i am unable to understand what to do now.
Sir isn’t it illegal and harrashing act of Country Club. Also I have some other friends , who are facing the same
problem,I have mentioned their cotact addresses in the below mails.

So i request you to look into matter & save me from this Country Club. I’ll be highly obliged.
