I was interested in this membership initially when i heard about the offers by the executives (came to know all are fake offers after coming to this forum!). Then I read all the reviews about country club in mouth shut and now I realize I saved a huge money from going invain. Thanks for all the reviews.
This is one of the hot listed topic in mouthshut. All the deal involes very big money.

I am wondering why many of you only protest online and simply keep quite after that. I also read a review that some members have filed cases in consumer forums and won the case againt country club. Why cant others follow this way and try to get your money back?
 
I understood from a famous advocate that there are many provisions to prosecute fraudulent companies like this. When people give a mass complaint there will be immediate action and solution.

I suggest all the people in the forum who are cheated in many ways should join together through sine forums, file a suite against the club and its chairman Reddy in the criminal court for these frauds. They should first get a stay order against this business and then proceed. Then defenitely there will be an enquiry and later they will be punished under law. You all will get your money back.

Also add all these credit cards companies in the charge sheet for they charge your accounts without any confirmation calls.

Otherwise, they should approach the consumer forums where the trials will be much faster, cheaper and impartial. Also you dont need to spend money for this. Consumers will get justice for sure. If you simpley sit and write in forums your problem will never be resolved.

Friends, please advice all your friends and relatives through mails or any other medium not to go for the membership. Ask them to read the reviews in mouthshut and spread emails. Do not ever entertain any marketing calls from the club. Bring the frauds in light.
