Hi Iam Sai Sri,

Iam from Andhra Pradesh. I had been cheated by the sales executives of Country Club(Vizag).
The executive told that he will offer us Plots in Hyderabad for 60,000, if we take

membership from Country Club, for free of cost.(In the month of Aug, 2006)
We told him that ,we will first check the plot and then go with his offer.
He accepted and asked us just to fill the application form and give my credit card number.
He promised that he wil never use my credit card number untill i give my acceptence to proceed furher.

But after few days, (September,2006)i came to knw that without my concern he blocked 90,000 from my credit card.
Immediatly i called up ICICI people and they told that thy cant do anything.

When i called him up and asked the same, he told sorry and he told he will cancel the transaction.
He took 3days and then he told tht he reported the same to the head offc in Hyderabad and they r going to pay back my money in one week.
But after one week to my surprise, i recieved a letter from Country Club thanking me for becoming member of Country Club.
I got shocked and called the executive again ,he told that i can neglect that and my money is on the way.....
Now still iam waiting for him........no response frm the executive....

Since, iam staying out of Andhra Pradesh, i had spent more than 3000rs exclusively for my phone calls.
The executive will never respond properly and he always disconnects my calls.
At the end iam at a loss of 90,000............
Who is reponsible for this?????
is it me who trusted the executive....????
is it the ICICI people who allowed someone to block my Credit Card for such a huge amount, whithout confirming with me.....????
Is it the executive, who took my trust as an advantage and cheated me.....???
Is it the Country Club manager, who himself  blocked the amount ..without informing me????
Is it the Country Club as a whole, which is cheating people like this?????

These thoughts make me more violent.
