They should be called as "The Unprofessional Courier" with tag line “We don’t care for your valuables”
Firstly the package was supposed to be delivered with in the same city, even for that it took close to 2 weeks and that too not door delivered I had to go to there office personally to collect the package. And stuff we over there was irresponsible, when asked why I took so long to delivered(even though package was lying in there offer for more then week) all she said was I don't know.
Not to mention the customer customer care, It number is fully time busy it like mission impossible to connect with them. Even customer care guys don't give proper response on whats the issue or whats the exact status.
Over all, very bad service and Its not the delay that was disappointment but the way customer care and staff response was.
