I bought a new android mobile phone(Lenovo k8 plus) on flipcart, cost of 10, 999.
I used this mobile couple of days and recognized that it is overheating at the time of charging. I decided to return mobile. Flipcart accepted my request to return the mobile and they instructed me to send mobile through courier to one of their flipcart address.
I choose Professional Couriers, for this service. They chaarged me 300 rupees. I gave Courier to them on 30/9/2017. Courier office Manager told me it will reach Flipcart office tommorow. But they sent the courier after two days. Atlast courier has taken five days to reach Flipcart Office.
Flipcart rejected my courier and sent back to me. While it's coming to Booking place, it's Missrouted and went to someother palce, Again it has taken one more day. Even though I got my mobile back, I faced some issues regarding late delivery and miss routing of my courier.
Hope my review will helpful whether to chose Professional Couriers or not.
