Hi friends, this book the power of habit by Charles Duhigg explains more on transforming habits. This book also explains on throwing out the bad habits and sticking with good habits. It's an exceptional book. It's very helpful and informative for both personal life and professional life.
They did research on habits and how they are actually formed. The power of habit contains an exhilarating argument. But I feel some of aspects are not explained clearly. Overall if I have to rate it on readability then it's good book to have with you.
