Charles duhigg is an american author who wrote the power of habit. story is about the scientific discoveries and habits of our life this book is readable and nice when you read it than you know about the power of good habits in our daily life to make a better life. thats why power of habit is award wining there is may things that we can learn from this book. this book shows that how can we changed our habits. its very helpful to us and I think this book is readable for all of us
