This is the best self help book I have ever read, This book revolves around the story of a successful business man who got fed up with the city life and all the drama revolving around his life, the man then leaves the city life and goes to India in search of the meaning of life, he goes to himalaya and live with the monks who live there for a whole year, they teach him there own way of living and share there secrets with him, The man then goes back to the city life to share the secrets and knowledge given to him by the monks.
There isn't really a story to follow, but a set of experiences of the man himself, the reading does get a little boring in between, but it is worth reading for sure.
