Originality:

Lata Mangaeshkar & Mohammad Rafi have sung about 400 numbers of the duets toghether inbetween 1947 to 1979. Lata-Rafi has sung the highest numbers of the duets (almost 71 numbers of duets) with Laxmikant-Pyarelal then any other music directors in the Hindi Film Music. Yet another Record for LP..

In Lata-Rafi & Laxmi-Pyare combination you will find Indian Classicals, Indian Folk, Gazals, Western Style and Cabaret and so many varieties of songs with sweet melodies and quality music, which will entertain you to the maximum.

It is difficult to select a very few songs of Lata-Rafi & LP combination. I have tried to select some the best according to my choice.

With this I also want to plead MS to forward this songs lists, to Cassets/CDs manufacturing company in particular HMV and SAREGAMA, to release these combination for the Hindi Film Music lovers.

Let us enjoy Lata-Rafi & Laxmikant-Pyarelal, combination.

Woh Jab Yaad Aaye Bahot Yaad Aaye '' Parasmani'' (1963)

The very fist duet of Lata-Rafi with LP. The song is based on Indian Classical Raag. The perfact sentimental love duet. It has a melody of 60s. The song is penned by Indiver. This song is picturised on Mahipal and Anita Guha.

Bagh Main Phool Kisane Khilaye Hai '' Night In London'' (1967)
