My uncle was supposed to do eye check up in Tiruppur -The eye foundation hospital.
We have reached there @ 12 PM in afternoon and registered for check-up.They confirmed your token is in queue and you will be checked up after 2 hours.We were waiting up to 4 O clock, but the queue was keep on increasing.I have checked with reception once in 30 minutes about the status, they were saying we will revert you soon.
In reception there are 2 ways to register.Normal registration and Express checkup registration.
I have selected the normal registration and we were in queue.However who registered for Express checkup they are serving first and the normal registration members will keep on getting postponed.Even the express token users were more on that day and they were shouting the staffs.
At last they checked up uncle @ 7PM and we got tired in the mean time and very disappointed.
Ridiculous Service by the management.
