World class facility . Review on The Eye Foundation - Coimbatore

World class facility and I felt comfortable with treatment. Dr. Srinivas Rao was very down to earth and explained clearly and patiently to all my questions. I work in Chennai and hence counseling and claim assistance was done through phone and I am satisfied with the service. On my first day of checking my father, Dr. Srinivas Rao had to extend after his working hour to see my father and advice. I am grateful for his care.

Two areas where I felt uncomfortable are:

I had a confusion between right or left eye surgery. I could have been informed about that during the first day of my father’s evaluation. During surgery in the TV, my father’s name was not displayed when surgery was due for him for initial 4 mins. It made me little anxious. But the service of nurses I am pleased as everyone tried to accommodate the request and they were courteous and smiling which kept us comfortable throughout.

Last but not least, the place of stay (room given) was very comfortable and it kept us patient though with long hours of waiting.
