Dr. K J Yesudas is one of the greatest singers in India. Blessed by the Goddess of music, Dr. Yesudas can sing any kind of song - classical, devotional, film music or light music. Dr. Yesudas is famous for his devotional and classical songs, but his film songs are equally popular.

Even a person who doesn't understand the language will be moved by his voice. Dr. Yesudas’ devotional songs are pure divinity to listen.

But this review is about his film songs in Hindi. Dr.Yesudas started his Hindi movie singing career from the movie Chit Chor in 1976 . But unfortunately he has not sung many songs. But whatever he has sung are gems. His voice is filled with melody and sweetness and listening to these songs are pure pleasure.

1. Mana Ho Tum Behad Haseen is from the movie Toote Khilona. Music by Bappi Lahiri (who is capable of creating some amazing gems) and lyrics by Kaifi Azmi. 2. Gori Teri Gaon Bada Pyara from the movie Chit Chor had lyrics and music by Ravindra Jain. Picturised on Amol Palekar and Zareena Wahab, this song was a major hit and catapulted Yesudas to fame and national recognition. 3. Jaaneman Jaaneman tere do nayan is a duet where Yesudas matches his voice with the diva Asha Bhosle. From the movie Choti Si Baat, this dream song is picturised on two couples Dharmendra and Hema Malini and Amol Palekar and Dipti Naval. Lyrics by Yogesh and music is by the legendary Salil Chowdhury. 4. Kahan Se Aye Badra is from the movie Chashme Badoor and sung by Yesudas with Haimanti Shukla, music by Rajkamal and lyrics Indu Jain. The song is picturised on Dipti Naval and Farooq Shaikh.
