I had ordered kitchen Items falling in the trap by the eye catchy photos in the NewsPaper.
They dont exchange though they have not mentioned that exchange is not done.
Even after calling them and requesting for an exchange for the worst quality products for which I paid 2000 Rs, they cared a damn.
One of the ladies called us back and said 50% would be refunded but only after we couriering it.
No good customer services. Very bad experience. Though I wrote a huge mail complaining about their services, None took actions regarding it.
Overall, a big cheaters.
