Tata Tea is quality tea. Anything selling by the name of Tata is of high quality. Each Tata product, from soap to automobiles to hotels gives an image of high quality. It is Sir Jamshetji Tata, who established the first steel mill in Jamshedpur in Bihar. The legendary figure JRD Tata is the father of aviation industry in India. Ratan Tata rules over the Tata empire very successfully.

Tata Tea is high quality Darjeeling Leaf Tea. Although I and my wife take Lipton Green Label Tea, I have equally enjoyed Tata Tea in the Tata Hotels and Airports in India. It tastes very good. You can take it with milk and sugar, or you can have it with a few drops of lemon and sugar to taste. Tata Tea comes in Tea Bags. The colour of the bags is yellow. But the colour of the packets containing Tata Tea is Green with red lines on them.

When you take Tata Tea with lemon, it should not be boiled in a kettle, but prepared according to the recommendations of the Tea Board. Wash the Tea Pot in hot water. Put one tea spoonful of tea for each person. Pour hot water into the Pot. Allow the tea to brew for a couple of minutes. Take with lemon and sugar. Or take with milk and sugar.


It is 6.30 in the morning. As soon as I finish writing this Review, I will have tea. It is Lipton Green Label. The Green colour in its packaging goes very well with the tea. Green is one of the primary colours, the other two are Yellow and Red. Tata Tea has also the Green and Red on its package. In retail stores, the Store Keeper keeps the two packets side by side. Which one will you choose ?
