This is the worst service I have ever seen. I bought one plug to surf connection from True Value Hub in Noida Sec 18, first it was blocked saying that my verification went negative though no one from verification
even called me once. At last my connection was disconnected. When I asked them to return my Rs 3200 that I submitted as part of pre Paid connection was not returned to me saying that since your account is disconnected so they can not do anything now.
It dont stops here, then again I took a SIM from them and it is not working now, even after so many visits to same shop its still not working.
I dont know why no one from TATA is listening to all these comments. This is definitely a bad name on the name of TATA.
I swer I will not recommend any one to use these services.
