Although it is difficult to provide such kind of services upto the customer’s satisfaction, but still when the professionals and entrepreneurs are into the service sector and charging money for their
said good services.. they should pay attention to what they are providing by themself experiencing their products
I started with Tata indicom cabled modem Internet connection. Lets see the pros and cons:
1. Speed: The speed was not an issue. It worked well. I could even go to upgrade it as per my requirement and budget
2. Prepaid plan service: It was also not an issue, as I used to get the service of various dealers in my area
3.Customer Service: Service is also not a big issue, people were there at doorstep in a manageble time
4. Customer Care on Phone: OH MY GOD.. most of the expensive calls were made to them .... It was so long. They failed to understand while making people wait to get started with exeutive, that someone might call from there vodafone as well
5: Server Status: Oh My it was so horrible.. either it had some personal issues with me or it was naturally so.. whenever I used to plan to work from home and had to be online... server was down :(
or else used to face frequent line breaks.
Now later i switched to Plug to Surf... I was poor being not guided by someone and nor even i did care for that ...
I invested rather say wasted my money in getting that device, as I had to make skype calls to my client on the way to home ... so ... u cant imagine ... it was THE WORST experience ... I cried
dont wish to write about it even..
Only good thing was, no break downs at all... so in case if these guys find out the way to increase the speed of PLUG TO SURF i can switch to it.
BUT then .. the device is so sophisticated that special care is required if you wish to use it in your comfortable manner.
Also the main issue is if i hav disconnected that service, the device is not resaleble, unless i m on my some personal contacts interest.
Poor value for money
