I was user of tata indicom for last 2 years but there service seems to be detorating day by day. There is no transpancy in there billing system . Internet connection of tata indicom is not at all reliable
and more over there call center number is chargeable which is not acceptable for any customer .
If you try to call up there customer care number for any issues they will make you wait for 5 - 10 min which is not acceptable for any customer . It seems they are doing favour on us by giving us the service .
Service is very poor so dont use them . Istead of this go for MTNL they are atleast reliable .
