I own Tata tiago X2 1.2 petrol, 1 bough the vehicle from Bangalore BTM prerana motors on September 2016, I was happy with CAR sale service and hospitality given during my booking and delivery of my CAR TIAGO, .i was using XIAOMI MI3 phone to connect the Harman infotainment system present in tiago car. Which was doing very good. The after some time, I changed my number phone to LENOVOP2 and try connecting my phone to the the infotainment system to my surprise it was not connecting at all, I was unable to pay music or make all through the infotainment system. I immediately booked an appointment with kudlugate pnerana service center, luckily the Harman engineer was present over there and I happen to explain him the problem I had. And he blew my mind saying that Tiago Harman infotainment system works for compatible handsets ( mobile)
So soon he said that I asked the CRM present over there at kudlugate pnerana service center. He said he can't help with this. Then I call CRM of BTM pnerana motors he said he was not aware of this kind of Mobile compatibility issues with lnfotainment system. Mean while I also asked the sale representives and manager of BTM pnerana motors about the issue I had, they too said neither in there training period anything like such was communicated to them. I followed the CRM of BTM pnerana motors through phone calls and mails, and then date I have not received any kind of convincing answers Now my lnfotainment system is only used for playing FM. I will not negotiable on any of the terms mentioned to me at the time of time of sale. I need my car infotainment system to be working for all the android and IOS devices. Please don't get me patch fixes for some xyz mobile models. Tomorrow I my charge my mobile., and pnerana or Tata motors should not ask me to use compatible mobile again.
Im regretting not, I could have gone with some other brands CAR, I was mislead and trapped with TML business deeds.
