I purchased Tata Swach Cristalla last year, it was one the the worst product I ever purchased. I always found mud settled down in the lower container, wash the lower container two times a week. Small insects seen at the top opening of the upper container. I wasted 1500 bucks.
I called customer support they give me a token number and assure me that a technical person will visit me to solve the issue, but no one came.
Suggestion: Don't go for tata swach.
