It has been only two months for the TATA swach which we bought and with in two months it stoped working it is not filttring the watter at all. We can also say that it is not doing itz work for which it is brought. We have to fill the watter manully to the tank on the top, after filling water it is suppose to filter the water through the filtering divice which is pluged in the middel of the tata swach( I dont kno what it is called) than it poors the water to the tank bellow with filtered water but after two months it is not working it is not filtering the water and dosent send any water down
So I called the coustmer care they speek very sweet when I told m complent they respond very well. Then with a very sweet tone they say that they will send someone to repare it tomrrow when they say that u have to trust them but that tomrrow will always remain as tomrrow only it will never show up we just wast our time speaking to them.
So I recommend to every one not to buy it and dont wast time speeking to coustmer care
