Though the network is good enough and so I had chosen tatasky but I really feel pitty about the customer service of Tata sky.
set top box always gets defaulty and whenever I contact customer service first I have to pay good amount of mobile bills as they keep on hold for maximum time they can as if it is a tollfree service and then the same script of sorry for inconvenience is being repeated by representative for 100 of times without even trying once to resolve your trouble.
they ask for engineer visit charges of 200 Rs and still engineer visits after 3-4 days of continous follow up with CC.
this has happend almost 3-4 times with me now
I would strongly recommend not to go for tatasky.
