I had purchased a new dish tv connection on 2july for which the requst was creted on 3rd. since I had paid online, I beleive the company doesnt even care to call me for the installation. I contacted customer carfe 5 ties and no help was done. I spoke to a customer care executive who was a service supervisor who denied helping me at all. his name is vikas chaudhary. the company should do something something about such pathetic employees.
I have cancelled my product today and need it no more. dish tv isthe worst company I have come across all sectors wrt to customer satisfaction. you guys are just not bothered about customers but yourself. this is my worst experience in my whole lifetime. disgusting company disgusting service
