TATA Sky service is totaly hopeless .their call centre is worse in indian service sector as
IVRS is continued 5 to 10 minuts telling account balance and pack plan & scheme before their exicutive attend the call.
Till that time you are already charged 15 to 20 rupees.they do not provided satisfactory answer to your problem their main moto to bluff the customer as they do not formally lodge complain which you come to know on your ringing to them again.
Their ready made answer is that its Pan india problem and will be sort out shortly. so please do not get trap in their net. For getting a problem solved you may loose more then one month pack charge.This is my real exprince with my TATA Sky id-1136235270.
