Hopeless customer care response. incorrigible staff no curtsy and politeness. they think they are doing a charity.Hope Mr.TATA is reading it. no point in sticking to policy policy. service should be at doorstep. no after sale support the first thing they is cost and replace. every one says he is the boss.
