Well this is not about the picture quality but about the customer service. TataSky is worst in Hyderabad however I'm not sure of Rest of India. I booked the HD setup box connection on 08th August at 9 am and I received the message for installation for next day 9th August between 11 am - 1 pm But my whole day went in either waiting for technician or following up with customer care. The technician kept on be fooling me throughout the day and finally at 6 pm told that he will not be able install today as the day is over and will come for installation on 10th August(today) but unfortunately same story repeated and finally I cancelled the booking with them at 9 pm today.
Now what type of customer service it is, at the time of booking customer care will provide you installation SLA of 4-24 hours i.e once you booked the product it will get installed between 4-24 hours and sir this is our SLA generally the installation happens same day if you place the order in morning. So if see my case I did made the booking in morning 9am and then I cancelled it at 9 pm today so basically its been 48 hours and no installation happened.
Problem in India is that we can't do anything about it, had it been UK/US the customer would have sue the company for breaching this but unfortunately there is no value of customer time and there is no value of DTH company words. All are liars .
They are bunch of liars and will never recommend anyone at least in Hyderabad.
