We've been using TataSky for more than 5 years. Recently they've increased the monthly charges of their channels steadily; in last one year or so the cost is almost doubled. This is very annoying. It seems that Tatas are trying to change the perspective of its customers, from a respected organization to a money-making machinery. The technician's visit charges is another issue that is adding to the dis-satisafaction of the customers. I seriously hope the Top Management is aware of this and do the needful as soon as possible, before it is too late.
