I have choosen Tata Sky as my cable provider instead of Dish Tv due to some of the main key features that Dish Tv does not have but Tata Sky is having those features with the feature that are packed in Dish Tv too. I have seen many problems arising in the Dish Tv of my neighbours and they too wanted to get rid of it. I have also compared the specifications, function of Both The Tata sky and Dish Tv and found that Tata sky is very Good in use, handle and care where as compared to Dish Tv which require professional knowledge to use it for the frist time.
Some major keen issues that I have seen in Dish Tv wheich make Tata sky to win over it are
1.Unstable Network- Dish Tv do not provides us the stable connection to the network and it even remains down on a sunny day but as compared to Tata sky it do not go down on a rainy day too which makes Tata Sky to took up a point.
2.Charges- Dish Tv do not provides the first installation and first change of location for free where as compared to Tata Sky they do so in every year.
3.High Charges- Dish Tv charges a high amount of money for the simple channel packs that contain Kids pack
4.Customer care- DishTv do not provide a customer care for 24 X 7 X 365 where as on Tata Sky’s website clearly mentions this and that too is a Toll free number charging no more from us.
5.Special Offers- Dish Tv merely provides awesome special offer what they do is just make 5% discount and add that discount to next month’s charge charging more money than the normal pack does where as Tata Sky do not Charge and on every Saturday it provides any random pack at the cost of 1Rs to 5Rs for a month where the original cost of the pack may differ from 40Rs to 70Rs. It do not charge extra money next month, it only charges normal charges.
These were some the main key features of Tata Sky that made them win upon the Dish Tv and making people to choose Tata Sky as a cable provider.
