At the start you will fees what a excellent service but after sales services are very very poor, I have 1 set top box which was purchases before 5 years and yet it is not installed
after calling here number of time and complaining abt services no use. they don't even bother to resolve you complaint or get back to you.
I also use to have other connection which is also now disconnected and as per process disconnection should get complete within 21 days after recovery of their STB, but its more than 2 month now I get call for recharging and restarting my services. there was a problem in refund amount also which is still not sort out.
Whenever you call and complaint abt services you get a feedback saying there will be a call back in 4 hrs. but there 4hrs never get complete.
I have even given complaint on FB but strange to see that there don't bother there too.
I will Personally suggest you please don't even thing to go for airtel
