I've been using Tata sky - they are horrible - their customer service is highly UNPROFESSIONAL. The technicians ask for money, they misbehave, the customer care keeps closed eye to these mischief.
Tata sky would repair customer's issue in their own sweet time - they would arrive at your place during your inconvenient time, will want to come on a working day when you would be busy.
I've heard from friends that Airtel services are good.
Airtel would seek your permission to repair at customer's given time. Airtel after sales service has professional approach - Tata sky customer care operates like like a "Baniye ka dukaan"/ like a KIRAANAA shop.
