With my personal experience with Airtel. It has worst customer care. They cannot communicate in english at all(chennai). They are not trained.The floor Manager is always not available. I once requested for change of post paid plan settings(myplan).It took Airtel 3 months & customer has to adjust.
My question will Airtel adjust Rs.200 if a customer is unable to pay or take it later.why customer has to suffer always. They are talk rudely.they are not flexible.expensive.As customer.you will petty on youself one day.All the stafft in Airtel done realize that they are also working just like a government or private employee.
Airtel staff should not be rude to customer just to please their manager or boss.they should work with self conscious and be true to customers
