I am enjoying TS from the last 5 years with HD facility but TS continue their price up gradation without justifying customers needs. suppose you have 3 channel which have HD facility in your base pack, TS should charge HD service charge for only these 3 channel. But they charge Rs.179/- fixed whether you enjoy 1 channel or 10 channel. This is not acceptable as we customers are not fool.
Airtel DTH charge a few rupee more on the subscribed HD channels instead applying fixed amount as a whole. I have no objection in the quality of service by Tata Sky but price also need to be justified. They should go for customer review on this matter'Specially for fixed amount of HD charge'.
