We are facing broadcast issues for 2 months now. It is due to their maintenance and upgrade for which Tata Sky does not take any responsibility. Although we need to recharge promptly even though we do not get to watch any TV they do not pro actively ensure a seamless transition for us viewers. Heck they dont even respond after we call them.
So much for their service. It is the same issue with their phone, chat and website helplines. They dont know and they cant help and they cant come and they cant fix anything but they will definitely deduct from your subscription fee every time and they never fail to tell you that you will be charged for their valuable visit! Sometimes they even close your service request without even calling. It has been so long since I have even been able to watch half an hour of TV without any outage.
